"Prayer is like salve to the Soul"

This quote has been running through my head over and over the past couple of days. Salve is an ointment used to promote Healing. I believe God uses Prayer in the same aspect. If it wasn't for Prayer (Our "communication/communion" between us and our Creator) Life would have no meaning/purpose. He can heal our wounds and soothe our minds when we bring it before Him in Prayer.

The comfort in knowing that God is ALWAYS there no matter what the circumstance, is overwhelming to me. He is so Faithful to be there every time we need Him.

Worshipping Him in adoration and Love through our prayer time can also strengthen us as individuals to face every situation that comes throughout the day!

Instead of bringing our worries, cares, or problems to one another, Take it FIRST, to the Lord in PRAYER!:)

Happy Memorial DAY!!

Happy Memorial Day everyone!!

I hope you get to enjoy this day with friends & family!

Today I was grocery store for a family get together..i got.. Hamburger buns, potato chips,...ect you get the picture!:D Well i as i was in line to pay for my things and jet off to the party...there it was...

Hersheys Air Delight!!! The last time i had something like this it was called Aero!

This is a european chocolate made by Nestle and it tastes like airy minty chocolate!..mm...I first tasted this in London when my family took a vacation there about 4 years ago? This got me looking at pictures of our trip and i thought i would share a few!:)

This was a very fun trip! These pictures can't even describe how amazing it was!! We also visited my favorite castle "Princess Dianas Castle", had "High tea", and saw the "Phantom of the Opera" in the Queens Theatre where it was originally performed!! I loved all of their pastrys, shopping, and even riding the "tube" (their underground trains/light rails)! Maybe someday i will get to visit again!:-p If you ever have the opportunity then you should go!!:)

Going to another country like Europe really did make me miss our wide open areas and freedom of traveling in cars rather than having to catch a train in a busy city! I cherish America!:)

Well..

Off to another memorial party with some of my good friends!

To all the victims of The Spring Flu Bug flying around...

I kind of feel like this today....

Like a dog? no...

Ugh. Let me just tell you that no matter how much you scrub your house or stay away from people that have this bug...There is NO hope...U WILL GET IT! Maybe even twice!:-( lol I was sad to miss out on the services today but THANK GOD for the "Holy Ghost Radio" app on my iPhone! (If you don't have it, you should get it NOW!! HURRY HURRY!!:) )

Well on a happier(is that even a word??:D) note! Today is the last day in my LAST class in my Hope Corps program! I am not particularly excited to be done with this program because i have enjoyed it so much. But i will say i am very excited to go on the trip to Belize IN 11 DAYS!

I also am very happy to be able to go to Pacific Coast Camp(June 20th-24th in Ventura, CA), Arizona Campmeeting(June 29 & 30th,& 1rst of July) AND Lord willing PEAK conference this summer!!
